ENQUIRY
Building a custom home starts with a vision; your vision and the foundation for every good project is understanding that vision. When you reach out to us, we will provide a simple questionnaire to complete so that we can have a better understanding of your needs and requirements to develop a custom solution that meets your vision.
CONSULT
We believe the right advice at the start of your build is vital when bringing your vision to life. A free 1 hour initial consultation is arranged to discuss your project requirements, timeline and budget. This all-important conversation allows us to delve deeper in understanding your vision.
PLAN
Following the initial consultation, we craft a clear brief and plan. We work closely with you in the early design phase whilst collaborating with some of the best professionals in the industry to help define and articulate your vision.
Being involved in your project from the very beginning also allows us to foresee any potential challenges that may arise. We also discuss all the details surrounding Preliminary Agreements, fees, timelines and other formalities so you can be confident you’re partnering with the right builder.
Preliminary agreements are put in place to cover some of the costs involved to coordinate all the information required to put together a detailed quotation. It also helps to specify the exact scope of work involved and gives you peace of mind that all areas of the project have been accounted for.
PRICE
Throughout the design phase we provide multiple plan reviews and suggest cost saving areas to create a set of final plans. With a lot of detail, in terms of materials and finishes, these plans are used to prepare a complete takeoff and allows us to provide an accurate fixed price quotation.
CONTRACT
Prior to commencement of construction a HIA contract is prepared and all relevant documentation is signed digitally and stored online. It is the most important document used during the entire building process and its purpose is to provide a clear and detailed description of the journey that we embark on as a team, in making your vision a reality.
CONSTRUCT
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, it’s over to our team of experienced trades to bring your vision to life. Commencing the construction of your new home or renovation is an exciting moment and at every stage, we are committed to delivering premium project management and customer service to provide a positive and fulfilling experience.
COMPLETION
Practical completion is the stage when the home is completed in compliance with the contract. As a builder, we must ensure all necessary certificates are sent to the certifier so that the final certificate can be issued. You are provided with all the necessary warranties and instruction manuals and we can proudly handover the keys to your custom built home, for you to enjoy your unique vision in real life.
